14-Day Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your new walk! If your shoes aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 14 days of delivery.

The Rules of the Road:
Condition: Shoes must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging (please don't use the shoe box as the shipping box!).

Note: Please try on your shoes on a carpeted surface to keep them in returnable condition. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your package.

The return address is only available if returning via Royal Mail. If you are using an alternative courier, please get in touch so we can provide you with an address. 

PLEASE NOTE:

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

If a discount was applied to the original order, the amount refunded will be adjusted to allow for the revised order value and appropriate discount level. This returns policy does not affect your statutory right
